What You'll Do:

You will build direct relationships with customers, will work closely with and use the selected channel partners to increase new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory. You will manage all aspects of sales while using innovative technologies to remotely collaborate with customers and employ new sales models (cloud, services & software) to help customers improve their revenue.
- You will be selling the entire Cisco portfolio to our mid-market customers to help make their businesses run better and smarter
- You will accurately forecast your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams, driving growth
- You'll be responsible for driving new business as well as fostering your account base. We value a consultative sales approach focuses on driving business outcomes.

Who You Are:
If you enjoy selling in a changing environment, are goal motivated and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal collaborators, we have a place for you.
- You have 5+ years’ B2B/ B2C selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry.
- You exude a love for IT and ability to tap into technology.
- You have a history of career progression and desire for professional development
- You've got experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale).
- Highly motivated with a “hunting spirit” to develop new opportunities and grow business
- You are able to demonstrate strong sales achievement i.e. consistent achievement at or above quota, or a history YoY growth in your target market.
- You are passionate about sales and building positive relationships
- You possess strong eye for business and can effectively value proposition to your customer base. Most importantly you have the ability to engage in active listening, to identify pain points-both current and future, and propose solutions to improve their process.
- You have phenomenal communication/presentation skills.
- You are a flexible and resilient problem solver; our strongest teammates have a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- You thrive in a team environment and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices.
- You take pride in your positive and upbeat energy.
- Experience using digital selling tools such as Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator, are a plus.

Les fourchettes d’embauche pour les postes de vente comprennent la rémunération de base et la rémunération incitative. La rémunération individuelle est déterminée par le lieu d’embauche du candidat et par d’autres facteurs, notamment les compétences, l’expérience et les études, certifications ou formations pertinentes. Les employés peuvent cumuler jusqu'à 20 jours de congés payés (PTO) par an et ont accès à des absences payées pour faire face à des problèmes critiques ou urgents sans avoir à puiser dans leurs congés. Les employés participant à des plans de vente reçoivent, en plus de leur salaire de base, une rémunération incitative fondée sur les performances, qui est répartie entre les composantes sur quota et non. Pour la rémunération incitative basée sur des quotas, Cisco paie au taux standard de 1 % de la cible incitative pour chaque 1 % de chiffre d’affaires réalisé par rapport au quota jusqu’à 100 %. Une fois que la performance dépasse 100 % du quota, les taux incitatifs peuvent augmenter jusqu’à cinq fois le taux standard sans plafonnement de la rémunération incitative. Pour les éléments de performance des ventes non basés sur des quotas, tels que les objectifs de vente stratégiques, Cisco peut payer jusqu’à 125 % de l’objectif. Les plans de vente de Cisco ne prévoient pas de seuil minimum de performance pour le versement de la rémunération incitative des ventes.
