The Opportunity
We are seeking an Ecosystem Adoption Manager to drive the growth and success of our teams partner ecosystem, with a special focus on Smart Spaces partnerships. This role is crucial in implementing our strategic vision, improving partner relationships, and delivering significant business impact through joint value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Ecosystem Strategy: Define and complete a tiered partner strategy
- Align Ecosystem Roadmap: Collaborate with platform product managers and engineers to be responsible for the ecosystem roadmap, ensuring alignment with our platform capabilities and business objectives.
- Influence Ecosystem Programs: Contribute to and influence other ecosystem initiatives within Cisco, demonstrating partnerships to amplify impact across the organization.
- Business Impact through Partnerships
- Drive Partner Engagement and Adoption: Identify high-potential partners and lead initiatives that improve partner adoption of Cisco Spaces solutions, resulting in increased customer adoption and revenue growth.
- Improve Customer Success: Collaborate closely with partners to ensure successful integration and implementation of Smart Spaces solutions, directly impacting customer happiness and retention.
- Relationship Management
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners, finding opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, marketing, business development, engineering, and sales teams both internally and within partner organizations to drive joint initiatives.
- Executive Communication: Act as a liaison to senior leadership, effectively communicating strategies, insights, and progress to ensure alignment and support.
- Execution
- Build Compelling Presentations: Develop pitches, slides, and mockups to successfully communicate the value of the Cisco Spaces ecosystem and encourage partner dedication.
- Demonstrate Joint Value Propositions: Build proof-of-concept applications or demos that showcase how Cisco Spaces enhances partner solutions, directly influencing partnership outcomes.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Balance critical thinking with practical execution, proactively addressing challenges to achieve business objectives without the need for daily oversight.

- Technical Competence: Strong understanding of IoT, Smart Spaces, application development, and cloud technologies.

Les employés peuvent cumuler jusqu'à 20 jours de congés payés (PTO) par an et ont accès à des absences payées pour faire face à des problèmes critiques ou urgents sans avoir à puiser dans leurs congés. Pour la rémunération incitative basée sur des quotas, Cisco paie au taux standard de 1 % de la cible incitative pour chaque 1 % de chiffre d’affaires réalisé par rapport au quota jusqu’à 100 %. Une fois que la performance dépasse 100 % du quota, les taux incitatifs peuvent augmenter jusqu’à cinq fois le taux standard sans plafonnement de la rémunération incitative. Pour les éléments de performance des ventes non basés sur des quotas, tels que les objectifs de vente stratégiques, Cisco peut payer jusqu’à 125 % de l’objectif. Les plans de vente de Cisco ne prévoient pas de seuil minimum de performance pour le versement de la rémunération incitative des ventes.
