You will be part of an outstanding technical Architecture team in our APJC Partner and Routes to Market Sales organization, responsible for driving the success of Cisco’s Security Portfolio and focusing on protecting Partner/Customer Application Environments no matter where they live (on-prem / any cloud).

This role will be located in (though not restricted to) Indonesia and will work closely with the Partner(s) (and Customers) in Indonesia. Internally, this role will work very closely with the Indonesia Sales & Partner Teams, Global Security Sales Office (GSSO) team, Customer Experience (CX) Team among others.

What You'll Do
  • Work with customers and partners in evangelizing technology trends and Cisco architectures with a strong focus on Security and Secure Networking.
  • Develop & build offer catalogues with Cisco portfolio and partner services
  • Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key revenue, efficiency and user experience of the enterprise.
  • Work with customers and partners on developing a business case, business architecture roadmap and functional architecture , services and technology capabilities
  • Develop an engagement framework workshop methodology to capture customer / partner’s challenges & problems
  • Develop a return-on-investment model to align technology roadmap to business value & outcomes
  • Recommend and participate in activities related to the design, development and building the roadmap for partner (and customer) solutions and offers.
  • Define roadmap and delivery phases to attain target state solutions, which drives business outcomes for customers (and the Partner)
  • Deliver solution architectures for various capabilities that comprise multi-domain architectures.
  • Deliver architectures that can overlay and embedded security controls in underlying network infrastructure.
  • Craft and identify requirements for operations and the automation for the operation of enterprise capabilities across the network segments.
  • Design and identify requirements and solutions for monitoring, compliance, detection and response.
  • Work with customers, Cisco Partners and sales teams as the enthusiast and trusted advisor to position Cisco's vision. Including, the formulation of project execution and delivery strategies.
  • Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies.
  • Recommends and participates in the analysis, evaluation and development of enterprise long term strategic and operating plans to ensure that the customers’ objectives are consistent with the enterprise's long term business objectives

Who You Are
  • 12+ years of proven experience defining and implementing whole of enterprise network security architecture
  • Deeper understanding of Cisco & Splunk technologies and Certifications desired.
  • Knowledge and experience in security capabilities of software defined networking
  • Experience in delivery of network security architecture covering datacenter, network core, WAN, branch and edge and understanding of differing technologies and capabilities
  • Having a good understanding of both Enterprise and Service provider Networks/ environments would be an advantage
  • Deep subject matter expertise in industrial operational networks, digital solutions
  • Understanding of industry standards such as TOGAF, ITIL, Cloud services & Capability, 3GPP, ITU X.805 and relevance of standards in delivery network security architecture
  • Extensive experience with cross architecture standard methodologies and goals.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, Critical analysis and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, SecOps and netops and Cisco/Splunk relevance
  • Understanding of Platforms , ability to leverage platforms to drive outcomes
  • Strong Understanding of partner Cloud models , partner business model & routes to markets
  • Deep technology understanding of Cisco & Splunk technologies and industry solutions will be an added advantage
  • Ability to have business value conversations with line of business and executives on as a service models and trends and become the trusted advisor to the CISO
  • Understanding Of security controls, tools and framework for enterprise security and zero trust model.
  • Strong understanding Of Partner business model and managed services capability
  • University/college degree equivalent is encouraged and an advanced degree is strongly preferred.  Excellent communication skills. Excellent command on English and Local Language.

Your Additional Impact

You will provide guidance and assist Security Sellers and Account teams within the territory in a consultant, advisor and pre-sales technical role capacity, showcasing Cisco security platform solutions, driving preference for Cisco solutions and be able to define the partner/customer’s roadmap. As required, be able to also assist setting up demonstrations, explaining business outcomes and benefits to the partners/customers, and designing and configuring products to address specific partner/customer security needs. You will form relationships with our partners’ (and customer’s) key decision-makers, positioning Cisco security solutions aligned accurately to their requirements. You will also work towards becoming the cybersecurity trusted advisor to the CISO of the partner(s), be able to support junior SEs to position and effectively sell the value proposition of Cisco with the customers and influence the partner to lead with Cisco in their GTM.

As an advisor, you’ll be working with technology experts to craft architectures and configure products to meet customer-specific needs, are prepared to lead all technical aspects of pre-sales activities, and position security solutions effectively against competing offerings. You are a self-starter with the ability to build executive relationships, develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that improve Cisco’s opportunity with a customer environment, position and promote the partner and customer value proposition for Cisco security architecture, articulate Cisco’s product and business strategies, and create the demand that makes deals happen and drive Cisco Security preference with the Partners!

1 % de l'incitatif cible pour chaque tranche de 1 % du chiffre d'affaires atteint entre 75 % et 100 %; et lorsque le rendement dépasse 100 % d’atteinte, les taux incitatifs sont égaux ou supérieurs à 1 % pour chaque tranche de 1 % du chiffre d'affaires atteint, sans limites de rémunération incitative.

Pour les éléments de performance de vente non basés sur les quotas, tels que les objectifs de vente stratégiques, Cisco peut payer jusqu’à 125 % de l’objectif. Les plans de vente de Cisco ne prévoient pas de seuil minimum de performance pour le versement de la rémunération incitative pour les ventes.
