Meet the Team
Cisco Corporate Investigations (CCI) is a team of people who investigate allegations of employee, partner and supplier financial fraud and other serious Code of Business Conduct (COBC) violations.
We are a team of diverse individuals with varied backgrounds located around the world dedicated to independently and objectively gathering the facts.
You will work with others on small teams for larger matters, and by yourself on smaller matters.
Your Impact
You will investigate allegations of corruption, fraud or abuse of system controls and significant breaches of the Cisco Code of Business Conduct and other policies by serving Cisco employees / suppliers / partners. Work will include capturing evidence to high standards through systems examination, data collection and collation, interviewing and reporting out findings.
• You manage and complete investigation tasks including forensic use of the suite of Cisco’s system tools.
• You take ownership of areas within investigations and pursue discussions with process owners of identified controls gaps to mitigate against repeated breaches.
• You complete documentation of investigation cases using electronic management tool and report investigation findings.
• You communicate key issues and findings appropriately and timeously to theatre management and CCI Director, where necessary by way of summary briefing papers for executive discussion.
• You proactively consider and communicate root cause findings for frauds etc. investigated.
• You proactively cultivate wide working relationships with members of other teams within Cisco (e.g. GRC; P&C; Sales; Legal; Brand Protection; Customer Services, Finance).
• You communicate and liaise regularly as part of the investigations team to share standard methodology and lessons learned on specific investigations.
• You actively participate and support as a member of the investigation team and wider CCI team on engagements and internal CCI global initiatives.
• You pursue professional and personal development opportunities including internal and external training.
• You participate in business discussions with the Cisco community to communicate the findings from casework and contribute to opportunities to educate others on relevant matters to investigation work and findings.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years of related investigations, audit or finance / accounting experience.
• Strong accounting and financial skills; CFE/CPA/CFF/CIA or equivalents required.
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish required.
• Travel required.
• Ability to communicate investigative findings in written and verbal formats via reports, presentations, and verbal briefings.
Preferred Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points: these can include soft skills)
- Portuguese language fluency.
- Experience in Cisco deals approval process.
- Experience in investigative report writing.

Les employés reçoivent jusqu’à douze jours fériés payés par année civile, ce qui comprend un jour férié flottant (pour les employés non exemptés), plus un jour de congé pour leur anniversaire. Les nouveaux employés non exemptés accumulent jusqu’à 16 jours de congés annuels, à raison de 4,92 heures par période de paie. Les nouveaux employés exemptés participent à la politique de congés annuels flexibles de Cisco qui ne fixe pas de limite précise quant au nombre de jours de congé pouvant être pris par les employés admissibles. Cependant, cette flexibilité dépend de la disponibilité et de certaines contraintes opérationnelles. Tous les nouveaux employés sont admissibles aux congés de maladie, sous réserve de la Politique relative aux congés de maladie de Cisco. Ils auront droit à quatre-vingts (80) heures de congés de maladie à leur date d’embauche et le 1er janvier de chaque année par la suite. Jusqu’à 80 heures de congés de maladie non utilisées seront reportées d’une année civile à l’autre, de sorte que le nombre maximal d’heures de congé de maladie dont un employé peut disposer est de 160 heures. Les employés de l’Illinois bénéficient d’un programme spécifique de congés spécialement conçu pour répondre aux exigences locales. Tous les employés disposent également de congés payés pour faire face à des situations critiques ou d'urgence. Les employés participant à des plans de vente reçoivent, en plus de leur salaire de base, une rémunération incitative fondée sur les performances, qui est répartie entre les composantes sur quota et non. Pour la rémunération incitative basée sur des quotas, Cisco paie généralement comme suit :

Pour les éléments de performance de vente non basés sur les quotas, tels que les objectifs de vente stratégiques, Cisco peut payer jusqu’à 125 % de l’objectif. Les plans de vente de Cisco ne prévoient pas de seuil minimum de performance pour le versement de la rémunération incitative pour les ventes.
