What You'll Do

  • Accountable for driving change management and adoption for ERP Program along with functional stakeholders
  • Direct a team of change managers to derive Change Enablement Plan, Persona Impact analysis, User journeys, Training, Comms for ERP transformation program at Cisco
  • Establish processes and methods to drive efficient change management execution alongside program execution adopting tooling and automation as much as possible
  • Build best practices and improve how change is driven into the organization for transformation program
  • Think strategically and bring original analysis to bear for complex issues facing the leadership team
  • Strong qualitative and communications skills is required including storytelling and structuring and building PowerPoint presentations
  • Think creatively and design solutions for ad-hoc problems and issues that affect the program

  • You are an experienced Change Management Practitioner operating in a fast-paced high-tech environment, leading large cross functional and transformational projects and driving executive level change management
  • You are adept at establishing rapport with cross-functional leaders (Operations, CX, Sales, Business Units, Finance, IT and leadership) to drive collaborative change plans and maximize value to those impacted
  • You thrive on taking sophisticated business problems or new business needs from the point of inception through the phases of discovery and analysis, the development of solution options, and ultimately to execution recommendation
  • You are positive and collaborative with superb communication and presentation skills, an active listener, and possess the ability to synthesize high-level information
  • You have the ability to collect, interpret and cluster information in order to build and orchestrate relevant and innovative plans for achieving successful adoption
  • You are a strategic, inspiring leader, who is at ease with tactical execution of the change management plan

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in a relevant field/area
  • +15 years change leadership strategy and implementation experience (change management certification also preferred)
  • Good interpersonal, influence and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • You strive to solve sophisticated problems through raw analytical power and previous experience
  • You clearly demonstrate leadership in tackling multiple, sophisticated issues
  • You are capable of crafting effective and long-lasting implementation of change by guiding and advising the customer
