If so, we hope you'll keep reading! As an ACCOUNT MANAGER at Cisco you'll play a pivotal role in the sales process and work with a large portfolio of technology products and services. The Apple team seeks a motivated, experienced, senior Account Manager to manage a large Global Web account, deliver business value and orchestrate a large team.

Who You Are

You are a creative and self-motivated Account Manager. You're an expert in developing complex proposals and winning business in the IT and Service Provider space. You're well-versed in developing and executing a strategy to drive incremental business in established key accounts through direct customer contact, partner engagement, Engineering Consultant engagement, and marketing programs. You have comfort managing VP and CXO relationships and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to solve business challenges. You are able to think outside of the box to overcome objections. You have the skills needed to own the sales and technical engagement with the customer and Cisco product development.

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

-10+ years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years selling to a large Global, Enterprise or Service Provider account

-Demonstrated knowledge of managing a large Global, Enterprise or Service Provider account

-Strong understanding of IT, Collaboration technologies required - datacenter, CDN, routing and switching technology a plus

-Strong technical and business knowledge with complimentary skills to understand customer business requirements and align to Cisco solutions and close strategic opportunities

-Must be seasoned in defending an installed base against strong competition and unseating incumbents within the account

-Must be able to work in a cross matrix management organization with the ability to offer direct and indirect influence

- Demonstrated success with selling to C-level management team

- BS/BA degree or equivalent
