The Federal Healthcare delivery team is comprised of engineering experts that design, architect, and deploy critical infrastructure projects with innovative Cisco solutions. The team leads the way in providing powerful engineering consultation and support services on networks and data centers that perform at the highest possible levels. We work with Federal Healthcare customers who use technology solutions to achieve their mission of providing premier health care services to US Military personnel and Veterans. What You’ll Do

You will be a Customer Delivery Technical Leader, responsible for taking the senior role in the support and delivery of data center solutions and services. You will lead and drive architectural and high- and low-level designs to integrate and optimize engineering efforts for complex data center infrastructure solutions. You will align and drive focused work with a customer's business strategies and objectives and will also assist customers with the strategic direction of tools and network management systems.

  • Customer Focus: Proactively understands customer needs and aligns Cisco teams and resource expertise from multi-functional teams to drive alignment on decisions that improve customer value.
  • Technical Solution Foundation: Ability to understand and connect customer use cases/plans with Cisco solutions and how Cisco solutions can be efficiently implemented and applied in a customer’s environment. Foundational technical solution knowledge, solution alignment, and industry standard expertise.
  • Cross-Team Collaborator & Influencer–work across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively inspire technical implementation decisions and work towards common goal. Ability to operate and interact in a remote / virtual and face-to-face environment.
  • Strategic Advisor –You see the big picture and all the dependencies that influence each other within and around your engagements. You proactively take actions before potential issues arise.

  • Technical Authority: Expert level (e.g. CCIE) or equivalent data center experience with infrastructure technologies to include hands on design, deployment, and troubleshooting of the Cisco infrastructure technologies: Nexus, Catalyst, VXLAN, EVPN, and Nexus Dashboard.
