What You'll Do

As a XaaS Lifecycle Operations Program Manager you will be accountable for driving delivery of the program's integrated scope, schedule and budget.

You will design and implement partner alignment frameworks, deliver outcome alignment plans, and identify/maintain single source of truth. Manage cross-program dependency and coordination, program meetings, program status issue and risk mitigation, resolution​change control board, and ELT reporting.

Implementation of best practice model to ensure XaaS platform vision and strategy is fully realized and make short and long-term trade-offs across different products.

You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company’s culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations.


  • Manage XaaS Lifecycle programs from start to finish
  • Develop Program roadmap including the program plan, strategy alignment, timeline, milestones, and budget
  • Maintain program metrics and risk tracking, reporting regularly to the Executive Team
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Coordinate cross-project activities including interlock meetings with partners
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
  • Understanding organization’s development platform and languages.
  • Steers the project to ensure delivery of business value.

Program teams and leaders across functions (Finance, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Ops) for overall program management.

Product Managers and leaders from Business functions to map product roadmap with program delivery

Operations leadership team on program roadmap, delivery approach and status updates

Who You Are

You are an excellent leader and have experience in managing staff of different subject areas to produce results in a timely manner. You are a strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently in a dynamic environment.

You are able to develop efficient strategies and tactics to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization and have the ability to understand technical issues and participate in architectural discussions.


  • Extensive knowledge in Salesforce CRM
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
