What You'll Do
You will manage the Workplace Resources in your portfolio, taking a holistic approach to Employee Experience in the new Hybrid Workplace. You’ll be the single point of contact for your portfolio of buildings and accountable to deliver a consistent experience to the internal Cisco client.
You will be the bridge between local client expectations, requirements and Workplace Resources (WPR) Experience objectives.You will pro-actively manage and grow local/regional client relationships at all levels with a focus on building strong and collaborative relationships.
You will communicate complex ideas and lead discussions about opportunities and delivery challenges using problem solving methodology to understand requirements, analyze information, drive decisions, and provide direction to our clients. You will strive to find the best options that address both the employee experience and the needs of Cisco. You will help to influence others, often at senior levels, to adopt hybrid work strategies.
You will lead your partner teams using a collaborative approach with a focus on effective outcomes and deliverables. You will use service provider partner abilities in the execution of outcomes that improve and support the Employee Experience.
You will have fiduciary responsibility and financial accountability, within prescribed limits, for the portfolio of buildings that you manage.
You will be accountable for timely delivery of various projects and programs that impact the Client Experience within your portfolio and or site.
You will support physical integration of acquired companies as defined by the Mergers and Acquisitions team that happens under your defined portfolio.
You will work with the extended Workplace Resources teams to drive Change Management and Design Intent to improve client experience.
You will develop and use cross-functional Cisco partnerships (as in IT, HR, Safety & Security, Procurement) to deliver prescribed services and results that support the employee experience.
You will operate with little direct supervision in a complex environment, provide coaching and guidance as well as being an escalation point for our clients.
Who You'll Work With
You will engage regularly with high-level Individual Contributors and Leaders and serve as a key contact point for WPR’s local delivery operations team and service provider resources. You will work directly with our service providers to maintain and operate your portfolio.
Who You Are
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant functional expertise with 5 to 10 years preferred Corporate Real Estate and Facilities management. You possess advanced knowledge of project / program management methodologies. You are skilled in analyzing internal / external business challenges and recommending solutions that improve client outcomes and maintain fiduciary focus. You are adept at monitoring industry and market trends and translating those to Cisco’s benefit.
