Want to be at the forefront of the Computer Networking industry!

Who We Are

At Cisco Meraki, we know that technology can connect us, empower us, and drive us! By simplifying powerful technology, we can free passionate people to focus on their mission. As the fastest growing cloud-managed networking team in the world, our products, and technology architecture are changing the face of enterprise networking and making cloud-managed IT a reality. As a Cisco Meraki Technical Solutions Architect, you will be revolutionizing the networking industry by advocating for a powerful technology that is leading the way.

We are looking for a highly-motivated, technically-savvy and passionate individual to become the next rising star in our México’s Public Sector team. In this role, primary responsibility will be to team up with a high-performing Product Sales Specialist to carry out technical pre-sales activities for Partner-led and SP-led opportunities in México.

Mexico is one of the largest territories for Meraki in Latin America where you will be designing complex architectures and integrating our technology with other Cisco architectures, delivering tailored solutions for our customers.

This role will be the Meraki technology expert on these deals; passionately advocating for a modern, cloud-delivered model, architecting secure WiFi and campus switching networks, proposing more modern and secure WAN alternatives, and making the case for up and coming IoT use cases for Public Sector customers in Mexico that include verticals such as Government, Higher Education and Healthcare. This role is unique in the sense that you will have to present creative solutions to complex problems, using not only technical skills but by understanding in depth the customer’s challenges. Part of the role will also include technical enablement of your Systems Engineer peers and pre-sales engineers from Cisco Partners.

We require 3-5 years of direct customer-facing experience in the pre-sales role, with a desired 2 years of experience as pre-sales engineer for Public Sector. This role generally works remotely, traveling up to 40% to customer sites across the Mexican territory.
