As we are rapidly growing, we are looking for a tech savvy recruiter to specifically focus on expanding (dare we even say doubling?) our product and engineering teams globally.

What you’ll do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from creative sourcing, interviewing, to closing candidates and negotiating compensation. You will work closely with our senior leaders on creating tailored hiring strategy, defining hiring flow and building a strong & diverse talent pipeline 

  • Drive meaningful change by supporting team-wide projects and proactively identifying opportunities to improve our practises 

  • Recruiter plays a key part in defining a candidate's experience. An important part of your role will be to own and nurture the whole candidate experience and act as an ambassador for Slido culture and values based on freedom & responsibility, we care, simply clever and don’t stop 

  • We all have different skill sets and interests. You will have an opportunity to support other team members by knowledge sharing, mentoring and collaborating on projects, as we are all chasing a common goal 

  • You will act as an advocate to continually raise the hiring bar and ensure we hire and engage the top talent globally

  • Previous work experience in full-cycle recruitment from a top tech company and understanding what it takes to hire amazing and diverse tech talent
