Who You'll Work With

You will be a key member on an impactful team working closely with a group of Managers, Program Managers, Architects, and Technical Leaders from IT Cross functional Teams.

What You Will Do:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with IT Development teams, IT Operations, and IT Program/Project Managers to deliver high quality IT Application Releases.

As a member of the Enterprise Release Change Management Organization (ERCMO), you will handle IT changes (cloud native, application updates, patches and, hardware upgrades) using the Agile methodology. This includes ensuring the change management readiness criteria are met i.e. quality of the release, environment readiness, training and support plans, rollout and back-out plans, and risk management plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Designing the strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
  • Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
  • Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
  • Acting as a CAB controlling the lifecycle of the change across all processes

Who You Are:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Business Management, or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Change management for enterprise systems and cloud based applications
  • 5+ number of years of experience in technical project management with experience managing end-to-end lifecycle projects
  • Experience developing and tracking metrics
  • Experience in Agile and, DevOps methodologies
  • PMP & Agile certifications are preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working cross functionally and globally with operations, product and support teams
  • Any experience in using tools such as JIRA is an added advantage
  • Speaks with authority and writes with clarity to keep the senior leadership team informed.
  • Capable of removing roadblocks that stand in the way of our successful release and project completion
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with strong business planning and operations skills
  • Positive and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Adept at cross-functional and organizational collaboration, influence, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong communicator and team player
  • Demonstrable record of optimally driving issues to closure and working well within a time driven environment
  • You are a self-starter with superb communication, leadership and organization skills and are able to partner and influence key Partners.
