What You'll Do
The SaaS Systems and Insights team within the Collaboration Strategy and Operations business unit  is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead aspects of Cisco’s Collab Connect strategy. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be accountable for driving delivery of the program's integrated scope, schedule and budget. Design and implement stakeholder alignment frameworks, deliver outcome alignment plans, and identify/maintain single source of truth. Manage cross-program dependency and coordination, program meetings, program status​ issue and risk mitigation, resolution​ change control board.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage SaaS  Life Cycle programs from start to finish
  • Develop Program roadmap including the program plan, strategy alignment, timeline, milestones, and budget
  • Maintain program metrics and risk tracking, reporting regularly to the Executive Team
  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
  • Coordinate cross-project activities including interlock meetings with stakeholders
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
  • Understanding organization’s development platform and languages.
  • Ability to understand technical issues and participate in architectural discussions.
  • Steers the project to ensure delivery of business value.
  • Provides encouragement, recognition, and support to the team
Who You'll Work With
You will work with Executive Leadership and Operational leads within the business group and various other teams within Strategy, Planning and Operations. 
Who You Are
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to lead teams, influence leadership, and align with cross functional teams. 
  • Excellent knowledge of operations, business processes, data transactions, and application workflows commonly found in a SaaS business.
  • Considerable experience with SaaS billing and SaaS data tools implementation, data migration, and configuration
  • You have an ability to quickly grasp complex topics and understand how they impact your business groups and also the larger Cisco ecosystem. 
  • You will be able to proactively recommend approaches for communicating to a variety of audiences include recommendation on how to:
  • You will drive cross-functional discussions at the executive levels of the company. 
  • You know how to influence and matrix. Lead to accomplish results and understanding of technological offerings.
  • You will have a commitment to success through innovation, transformation and execution.
  • You have the ability to frame and communicate executive-level initiatives and directives.
