- You will own and drive program requirements and specifications, ensuring focus and prioritization aligns with our clients for their infrastructure requirements and keep their applications running on the latest and greatest infrastructure.

- You will build and maintain a Program and Project structure to deliver complex structure with an effective operating model

- You will handle a Project Management Office to strengthen program scope, goals, and results in alignment with business goals in collaboration with senior management and customers

- You will bring people and teams together by collaborating with service owners, architects, product engineering and operations team to deliver projects efficiently with the best end user experience

- You will partner with Agile Delivery teams to prioritize requirements and deliver in iterative releases

- You will develop, Maintain, and ensure access to execution roadmaps

- You will gather and handle executive and customer updates for all programs and projects

- You will drive program metrics to strengthen KPIs and create dashboards to report metrics, goals, and achievement relevant to Technology Governance and Life Cycle Management.

- Has good understanding of Invoice to Cash and Revenue functional stream.


- Proficient in agile processes, tools, devops delivery model, software engineering and enterprise release practices

- Ability to communicate & collaborate at all levels of the organization

- Own, govern and continuously improve the operating model for the organization

- Appetite for rapid changes and comfort with navigating through uncertain/ambiguous situations

- Experience working in an agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc…) environment

- PMP & Agile certifications preferred

- Ability to lead challenging priorities

- Strong analytical and financial skills to work on budgeting and investment/ portfolio planning with minimum supervision

- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently

- Deadline driven and detail-oriented

- Advanced Excel skills

- Ability to work independently and in ambiguous situations

- 5-7 years’ experience in an Operations and Project Management capacity

- Excel, smartsheet, other tracking and analysis tool expertise

- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Quick learner and ability to work with cross functional teams with ease

- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, detail oriented, adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
