This position focuses on empowering developers and partners to harness the full potential of Webex capabilities through innovative AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a robust technical background, capable of designing and implementing advanced systems that enhance collaboration and optimize employee collaboration and customer-agent interactions.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar.
- Experience with tools and frameworks like LangChain, Ragas, and document retrieval strategies.
- Understanding of coding productivity tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
