What You'll Do:
As a Digital Network Architecture Customer Support Engineer (DNA CSE) you will work with talented, dynamic, passionate, and diverse team members who support the high-end Cisco customers to resolve highly complex technical issues within DNA-SDA solutions. You will provide technical support to high-profile Cisco customers. Working with cutting-edge technologies and solutions will also be part of your job. DNA CSEs are trusted advisors to Cisco customers. They directly impact the Customer Loyalty with Cisco which reflects Cisco's success as a business leader.

You will work with a group of highly skilled, dynamic, diverse, and passionate engineers who go above and beyond in assisting not just the customer but also their teammates and peers. “Work hard, play harder” is the motto of the team. The team is a good mix of engineers with varying years of experience (from 3 years all the way to 12 years) in Cisco technologies and solutions, and each-and-every-one of them bring great value to the table. Our team has global presence located in US, Brussels, Mexico and India centers.
Who You Are
You enjoy troubleshooting issues for Enterprise and Service Provider (SP) customers. You also have experience deploying and troubleshooting PnP (plug and play), APIC-EM (Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module) or similar NMS (Network Management System). Network design and/or deployment experience is also a big plus. Here is a list of additional requirements: Cisco Wireless/ Routing & Switching/Data Center background ◦ Customer Support Experience (8+ years) ◦ level certification in Cisco technologies (CCNP wireless) ◦ Linux and virtualization background ◦ Bachelors in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 3-5 years related experience ◦ CCIE desired (Wireless / Routing & Switching / Service Provider) ◦ Protocols : IGP, EGP , LISP, VxLAN ◦ Platforms : Variants of ISR routers, Nexus switches, Catalyst family And Variants of Cisco UCS
