What You'll Do

Ø  Document requirements from various teams of imimobile, raise ServiceNow work requests, get necessary approvals before implementing and perform high level testing.

Ø   Communicate effectively on the progress to ServiceNow platform owner & various team leaders

Ø  Create test plans on existing functionalities on various modules used in ServiceNow

Ø  Implement new ServiceNow functionality and enhancements as per business needs

Ø  Provide day to day and on-call end-user support on ServiceNow

Ø  Guide and train end-users on how to utilise ServiceNow according to our usage

Ø  Build service requests as per business requirements including requests, request items, tasks, SLAs using workflows to the support various business teams

Ø  Directly reports to ServiceNow platform owner and should be available for cross regional support & technical aspects of designated activities

As a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, the role is responsible for supporting our ServiceNow implementation, throughout the development, administration, and support of the application that aligns with business needs for the service management platform. This position is focused on supporting the existing ServiceNow implementation (for ITSM & CSM modules) as well as improving it. This role will interact with internal end users as well as ServiceNow platform owner, collaborating on solutions for imimobile needs better serving our user base.

  • Our minimum requirements for this role:

Ø  Minimum 3-5 years of strong hands on ServiceNow (ITSM & CSM) experience is required.

Ø  Good knowledge of out of box functionality vs customisations

Ø  Excellent communication skills & ability to communicate multi-national teams

Ø  Highly focused & ability to work on multiple projects in fast paced agile environment

Ø  Knowledge / experience working in Service Desk / Operations

Ø  Knowledge of Software as a Service and associated benefits

Ø  Knowledge on ITIL & ISMS Concepts

Ø  ServiceNow Administration of modules and applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Case Management, CSDM, CMDB, Accounts, Contracts, Service Request / Catalog management, Knowledge Management, Self-service Portal, Notifications, Service Level Management(SLAs), Dashboard & Reporting etc)
 ServiceNow Developments (Including scripts, business rules, client scripts, Workflows, 
Inbound actions, UI/Data policy, ACLs and web services)
 Working on Service Portals, Themes, Pages, Widgets, Menus and Search Sources  Defining SLAs & workflows along with complex scripting
 Loading and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems using Import Sets as needed

Desired Skills

Ø  Knowledge and understanding of software architecture principles as applies to solutions and application architectures, specifically for portals, web sites and systems integration projects.

Ø  Software development background, including design, configuration, customisations in ServiceNow using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS, Bootstrap, REST, SOAP, WSDL etc
