You will be Providing technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco technologies, products, and/or solutions.
You are responsible for resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers' need.
You will simulate technical problems in lab environment and share his/her knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database.
You will provide internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training).
You will bring up some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product improvement.
You will work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals

The Cloud Security team within CX Centers APJC, is responsible for holistically resolving issues across Cisco's Technologies and Product. The team provides 24x7 worldwide technical support for Cisco products
Who You Are
Good attitude and Technical Support expertise & strong knowledge in Network Security & Cloud Security Technologies.
Should have 3 to 6 years Support experience in Cisco Security technologies like Cisco ASA firewall, AMP, Stealthwatch, ThreatGrid, IPsec, VPN, AAA, ISE, IPsec, GRE.
Deep understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, Routing and Switching fundamentals is a must.
Good knowledge on Coding skills & API's is preferred.
CCIE Security is preferable
Should provide consultation to complex product and network problems.
Effectively utilize complex lab setups to duplicate and seek problems.
Provide systems/product training and intellectual property material.
Should act as a point of contact for large account network problem resolution and submit complete and correct defect reports in area of expertise.
