What You'll Do

  • Responsible for technical support for security product mainly focus on VPN/ISE
  • Collect necessary logs and information for troubleshooting, and provide workaround and solution
  • Take responsibility until problem resolution (Create test environment for complicated network setup, coordinate with overseas development teams and other related teams)
  • Serve as the technical escalation point and provide technical solutions for problems that cannot be resolved by internal technical support teams of end-users and partners

Minimum Requirement:


  • At least 5years of Network Management System Product Development or Technical Support
  • Experience as a Linux Administrator, or Application development using Linux, or as Linux Technical Support
  • Experience in Web Application product development or technical support
  • Understanding of SNMP and MIB technologies
  • Experience in complex problem troubleshooting including analysis of debug logs and packet captures


  • TOEIC Score of at least 650points
  • No difficulty in reading and understanding English technical manuals about RFC, IEEE, etc.
  • Possesses critical thinking useful for problem resolution
  • Able to write business reports (e.g. reports for customers, partner)
  • Good communication skills
