JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do:
The SaaS Systems and Insights team within the Collaboration Strategy and Operations business unit  is looking for a Technical Architect to lead aspects of Cisco’s Collab Connect strategy. As a Technical Architect, you play a key role in this transformation by providing thought leadership to influence strategy and by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define/design the target state architectures and operational capabilities to deliver the strategic international objectives of Cisco.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitate and lead the End-to-End (E2E) business architecture scope and design efforts for SaaS initiatives with an additional focus on Cisco’s overall transformation on business model evolution
  • Work with teams around the globe to deliver the committed business outcomes
  • Applying business architecture practices to identify operational capabilities, business processes, fit/gap requirements and perform assessments based on the need of business strategy and business model
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to perform deep dives into Collab Connect programs to define E2E scope and solutions of the capabilities required to deliver committed business outcomes
  • Partner with IT organizations to define the target enterprise architecture and solutions for each Collab Connect initiative
  • Facilitate cross-functional walk-the-wall workshops to align on the E2E requirements and processes
  • Working with the Collaboration Program Leads to identify key business and design decisions required to deliver SaaS initiatives
  • Facilitate sessions to drive decision-making process for key business and design decisions
  • Share business architecture knowledge and collaborate with other SSI team members, including Program/Country Leads, Business Readiness Leads, and Test Leads
  • Manage the Collab Connect global and local capability repository
  • Use analytical thought process and inclusive approach to solve problems
  • Works independently, receives minimal guidance and direction from manager then determines optimal approach to accomplish work
Who You'll Work With
You will work with Executive Leadership and Operational leads within the business group and various other teams within Strategy, Planning and Operations. 
Who You Are
  • Excellent communication skills that enable you to lead teams, influence leadership, and align with cross functional teams. 
  • Excellent knowledge of operations, business processes, data transactions, and application workflows commonly found in a SaaS business.
  • Considerable experience with SaaS billing and SaaS data tools implementation, data migration, and configuration
  • You have an ability to quickly grasp complex topics and understand how they impact your business groups and also the larger Cisco ecosystem. 
  • You will be able to proactively recommend approaches for communicating to a variety of audiences include recommendation on how to:
  • You will drive cross-functional discussions at the executive levels of the company. 
  • You know how to influence and matrix. Lead to accomplish results and understanding of technological offerings.
  • You will have a commitment to success through innovation, transformation and execution.
  • You have the ability to frame and communicate executive-level initiatives and directives.
