What You’ll do:

As a Tableau Developer for CX FP&A, you will be responsible for building highly interactive, customizable Tableau reporting for CX Finance. You will blend data to create powerful dashboards, create action filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau. This role is an excellent opportunity to support critical groups within the CX BE, Region, and Operations teams. Other responsibilities include:

• Build and design visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support business needs
• Ensure dashboard quality, consistency, usability, and reliability by documenting and applying standard methodologies to design and development
• Collaborate with CX Finance and communicate project status updates and recommendations
• Configure, optimize, and maintain Tableau Server and users
• Establish and maintain standards; best practices for requesting, prioritizing, and developing dashboards
• Partner with PPMT, IT and end users to understand and troubleshoot platform issues and develop appropriate solutions
• Provide guidance and training on key financial data and metrics

Your main business partners will be CX region teams, CX FP&A, revenue operations, sales finance, PPMT and operations

Your ability to build and design sophisticated financial visuals on Tableau and make recommendations to senior leadership sets you apart. You are good at establishing strong business partner relationships across all levels of business and finance organizations and working independently. You are a self-starter with the ability to prioritize who is also intellectually curious with a track record of precision

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets
• Minimum 3 years of Tableau development experience
• Knowledge of Tableau software optimization and configuration
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to transform large data sets into business insights
• Ability to distill sophisticated topics into executive-level summaries
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
