Activity Overview

  • Technical sales professional serving as a Technology/Product/Solution consultant
  • Technical orchestrator for an array of Cisco resources, primary responsibility for ensuring successful completion of each pitstop from a technical perspective in the lifecycle selling motion
  • Provides technical information and design/implementation guidance in concert with Cisco Architecture Seller team(s)
  • Collaborates with the Account Manager on the customer account plan(s), jointly ensuring customer success
  • 25-50% of the time building awareness of Cisco solutions—creating demand and growing revenue
  • Educate customers on Cisco differentiation. Set the brand preference to Cisco.
  • Provides active input and feedback on customer requirements through innovation tools
  • Provides sales and Architecture Seller teams active feedback on competitive challenges
  • Effectively leverages tools and resources to reduce/minimize repetitive tasks and workload
  • Capable of engaging with customer roles from engineers to C-Suite, aligning technology to business drivers
  • Engages with partners and customers through various social platforms and events
