What You'll Do
Cisco seeks a Systems Architect (SA) to guide the development and expansion of relationships with key partners and customers. As an SA, you’ll work in the pre-sales organization to design and deliver customized solutions to meet your customer’s business needs. And you’ll also work with amazing people in product development and collaborate with peers to teach and learn.

Who You Are

A technical specialist that orchestrates involvement of all technical activities and resources, holding accountabilities for all opportunities within assigned accounts and providing architectural perspective across the Cisco product portfolio, including software and services.

Required skills and competencies are,
  • Senior with pre-sales experience in the IT industry.
  • Aligned with single or multiple accounts, territory or opportunity focused.
  • Strong customer intimacy skills, responsible for technical customer and partner relationships.
  • Manages technical selling process, coordinating resources and tools.
  • Extensive competitive knowledge in supported products/solutions.
  • Maybe an expert in one or more technologies.
  • Baseline business architecture knowledge; map business challenges to technology.
