What You'll Do

We need a visionary who will build an end state architecture aligned with Cisco Supply Chain Product Operations strategy. Across Product Ops platforms and data processes, you'll drive alignment to the architecture and govern the engagement across transformation programs. You'll rationalize our portfolio of tools and drive decisions to improve, replace, or retire applications used to manage full Product Lifecycle. Your goal is to simplify the operations and digitize the experience across offerings by leading the future direction for our platforms.

You will play a visible role interacting with senior management, engaging a number of programs, and influencing architecture alignment. You possess strong leadership potential with background defining a strategy and achieving results. This role should drive simplification and automation across processes and have past experience parterning with IT to deliver capabilities under large scale programs.

Who You'll Work With

You be part of the Supply Chain Product Operations team which is leading Innovation initiatives. You will need to engage multiple teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and IT while influencing end state architecture and ensuring alignment. You will also partner with teams driving data archtiecture and master data management.

At a minimum, we expect you to have:

BA/BS plus 8+ years experience in Business Architecture and/or Supply Chain role with a minimum 2 years as an Architect. You should have knowledge of PLM or offer lifecycle domain and have demonstrated track record as high potential leadership (CLEAD) skill.
