We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support our mission to build Agile, Flexible, and Balanced Supply Chains. In this role, you will use quantitative methods to understand, predict, and improve supply chain processes and develop the next generation of tools.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly supply chain reports and critical metrics
Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, and dashboards to drive key business decisions
Break down sophisticated quantitative data into a simple, intuitive format and present findings to team members and senior leaders
Identify trends and opportunities to drive efficiencies and cost savings within the supply chain
Support Supply Chain and cross-functional team members in driving automation across the supply chain
Extraordinarily clear! Distill complicated ideas to just the right number of words. Be an excellent listener and can pinpoint what compels an audience.
Able to work between cross-functional teams, minimize conflict, and advise team members on building consensus.
Use data and team member inputs to make decisions on prioritization and resource allocation. You set measures for success and are committed to quantifying the impact.

Masters preferably in Supply Chain or Business Analytics
Demonstrated ability in data mining, statistical analysis and
Exposure to contract manufacturing/JDM model preferred
Prefer knowledge of ERP/MRP Operating Systems
Outstanding user of Excel, VBA, Python, or similar data visualization tool is preferred
