Cisco is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Architect to join the Solution Validation Services (SVS) team of leaders driving the global delivery strategy for SVS. Through unmatched technical expertise, relevant insights, and steadfast automation at a global scale, Cisco CX Centers simplifies digital transformation for our customers. In the CX Center organizational design, there are 3 functions Regions, Engines, and Foundations.
This Service Delivery Architect role is aligned with the Strategic Services Engine, supporting the Solution Validation Services (SVS) line of business.
What You'll Do
In this role you will
Design, own and implement a global delivery methodology with visibility to regional differences
Own disruption and innovation including business cases to take innovation to scale
Ensure Delivery Readiness for new & changed offers (working with CXPM & BUs)
Actively monitor high-quality service delivery and initiate process/tooling improvements
Work closely with Regional Leadership, Business Development Managers (BDMs), Account Teams, and potential customers to design validation solutions and define test strategies for complex architectures in support of large scope opportunities with Cisco’s largest strategic customers.
Lead regional delivery readiness strategies and training content for validation of emerging technologies and complex architectures.
Build and deliver executive-level messaging, both verbally and written.
Lead execution of vision in times of ambiguity.
Constructively address challenges as opportunities.

Who You Are
This would be a perfect fit for an experienced network specialist with network-level understanding and experience with designing and validating complex network architectures, a track record of maximizing automation to enable delivery efficiency, and strong leadership skills to support architecture and test strategy design for new customer opportunities.
Requirements & Skills
5+ years of experience designing complex network validation environments with a focus on leveraging automation to drive efficiency.
3+ years demonstrated ability scoping levels of effort (LoE) for architecture validation activities.
5+ years of customer facing service delivery experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation.
Proven ability to negotiate and influence actions of team members outside of function for the improved team and service performance.
Ability to support and mentor business development managers and account managers.
