We’re in a dynamic phase within Supply Chain Operations and are seeking inspiring talent to join our team. We are looking for an inspiring leader to own the Product Supply Planning & Inventory Management Service for the Silicon One Supply chain group.

The Silicon Supply Operations (SSO) team delivers E2E supply planning services which include demand planning, supply planning, material planning, capacity planning, fulfillment & inventory management.

The team is obsessed with exceptional customer experience be it internal or external partners. As part of this dynamic team, we work with cross-functional teams to be responsible for the supply chain for Silicon One

  • Lead a global team that includes production factory planners, fulfillment planners & reverse logistics program managers and demonstrate cross-functional leadership to achieve desired goals.
  • Drive production plans adherence to meet the ship plan for the Silicon Products per the demand signals and collaborate with the supplier commodity managers, Material & Capacity planning Manager, and engineering managers to resolve supply gaps and constraints
  • Responsible for delivery of key production performance indicators – output, cost, cycle times, etc.
  • Lead forward logistics including interplant, fulfillment, and outbound logistics.
  • Responsible for supplier compliance to Cisco policies on physical scrap & disposal of the material
  • Define & implement and be responsible for reviewing the MOS (Management Operating System) to determine the health of the business
  • Collaborate with central CBM (Components Business Model) & transformation teams on process optimization including B2B, analytics, and automation
