You would not hesitate to roll-up sleeves and have a ‘I will figure it out’ attitude.


• You’ll drive a collaborative process with product managers to collect business requirements and translate them to technical requirements. You will build technical design and get it reviewed by key partners. Subsequently, the developer would develop the solution and validate the design and implement.

• Wireless background is required, specifically knowledge of 802.11, WiFi-6 protocols.

• Experience with data plane forwarding is a plus

• Experience with system integration of End-end system is desirable

• Experience with customer interaction for technical problem-solving is desirable.




Participate on a project team of engineers involved in the development of software for our next generation WiFi products. Design, and deliver new software and features for our next generation WiFi Access Points. Day to day activities building software by writing code, as well as modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces. You will also work closely with system test and validation engineers to help with system test and integration.

Who You Are


Minimum Qualifications


• MSEE/CS with 5-7 years of experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 7-8+ yrs related experience, or equivalent

• Expertise in Wi-Fi protocols, esp. Mesh networks and IEEE 802.11 standards,

• Experience with Wi-Fi 6 protocols

• Keen understanding of network layer protocols

• You are an excellent C/C++ programmer and possess strong analytical and logical solving skills

• You possess the aptitude to multi-task in fast-paced environment

• You are good with writing distributed platform and system software

• Good understanding of Linux and network resource management

• You have a knowledge of management stack such as SNMP, TR-069, gNMI

• Prefer strong skills in Python scripting, Golang

• Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, good teammate You should be able to own large portions of the software from a technical perspective

• Balance multiple tasks at once and work independently with minimal managerial mentorship. Have experience in customer deployment.
