What you will do

You will lead the Customer Care IT team in Krakow. We provide capabilities and systems for running post Sales Service Delivery and Customer Success (CX) processes & capabilities. You will be the key inspiring leader & influencer and will take the accountability to drive our transformation from current DevOps model to a truly pro-active & preventive operations using the power of AI/ML.

In our vision state, we want to know of an issue before the customer does and solve it as soon as possible, driving multiple fold improvement in Customer Experience & satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading the team that delivers automation and engineering of our Production operations to deliver our vision of automated Dev Sec Ops. We are focusing on treating Production operations as a software problem delivering frameworks to monitor, alert and automate operations of our production systems. You will also provide people leadership, hiring, coaching and mentoring for the team reporting into you.

Who you will work with

You will be managing a team of Analysts, Engineers, Architects and Project Managers. Additionally you will cooperate with cross functional partners (CX, Business Units) and multiple IT teams (GIS, EA, Data & analytics Etc.) and our IT partners to deliver a world-class Automation & Monitoring Framework.

Who you are

You are an Engineering leader, who has experience building Enterprise grade software products. You are also an inspiring leader, who will partner closely with the CX Business & IT teams, understand the business processes and IT support process and translate those needs into Technical solutions to drive Production operations Transformation. Ability to execute on these plans and getting them to production deployment in the hands of the end users will be a key skill. This role requires a very unique skill of marrying Business Process, Data analysis and s/w engineering to drive towards a “low touch” AI augmented Production support experience. You are strong engineering manager with experience delivering s/w products and excellent communicator & team player. You have a passion for energizing your team to deliver impactful business outcomes.
