What You'll Do

Our SDWAN Security Engineering team is responsible for a critical surface area in securing the SDWAN fabric that operates globally at a massive scale. You will work on various ground-breaking security technologies in Enterprise Routers connecting cloud infrastructure and applications. You will have the opportunity to work with leading-edge networking and security technologies like IPSEC, Certificates, Firewall, IPS/IDS, URLF and build integrated SASE with Cisco Umbrella.


Who You Are

* Design and develop software for Router Security solution that aids various deployment modes on Cisco's routing products.

* Operate in process driven methodology with an eye toward robust and disciplined software development.

* Contribute to product roadmap through innovations & cross-team discussions

* Self-motivated and a good team player


Minimum Qualifications

* Experience in C, C++ and other modern programming languages/technologies

* Experience with other scripting languages such as Python is desirable

* Knowledge in Network Security domain and deployments

* Basic understanding of layer-3, layer-4 technologies and services

* Strong self-motivation for innovating and coming up with solutions

* Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skills
