As a part of the Danish Transformation engine, your role as Services Sales Specialist will focus on bridging business outcomes and customer needs with business values and services by understanding and mapping the customers challenge and opportunities to solutions.
Cisco Denmark seeks a passionate Services Sales Specialist who will be working as a trusted advisor and partner to strategic customers. You will be part of the Services Sales team leading the transformation of Cisco into the future of Customer Experience. You are an integral member of the account team for the strategic accounts, working towards our goals and demonstrating the business value of Cisco Services, with our solutions, by aligning opportunities with a multi-year services transformational roadmap and vision to help address customer challenges and priorities. The end result is ensuring that Cisco architectural vision addresses the desired new outcomes and capabilities that the customers need to support their business.
Who You'll Work With
Teaming up with Portfolio Sellers, you will jointly engage our Danish strategic customers, finding ways to pursue your customers' challenges and help them through bringing groundbreaking solutions and capabilities into the light.
You will add value by proactively identifying business opportunities for the customer, conveying a firm understanding of the costumer’s business drivers, displaying executive presence by building rapport and credibility; successfully influencing other people to accept a services solution; clearly connecting solutions to business needs.
You will be part of the global and regional community, always developing new content, tools and approach to reinvent the customer journey.
Who You Are
We are looking for an individual to play the role of a Digital Transformation agent and Business Advisor that interface between our customers and Cisco. You have a mentality to understand your customers’ business initiatives, needs & challenges to succeed with digital transformation projects. You understand the value of business outcomes and consultative selling and can map customer business problems to solutions. You have validated analytical and problem-solving skills and strong market research skills. You can convey the most complex concepts in the simplest of term. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and multi-cultural business environment and you can work with a range of sensitive and confidential issues.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Senior solution sales professional with knowledge of customer verticals and specific business initiators, trends and IT environment.
- Business knowledge and consultative skills with strong background and knowledge in ITIL, Managed Services and Enterprise Architecture including solution, platform and service capabilities.
- You are a strong collaborator, working effectively to make valuable contributions to the team.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills: ability to assess a problem and recommend an effective course of action.
- Ready to work in a sales environment for strategic customers with an assessment led approach
- C-level relationship experience and skills to align strategic priorities with outcomes
- Excellent written, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. Able to articulate sophisticated ideas and strategies to people at all levels of the organization.
- Thorough understanding of the multiple industry trends (Automation, Hybrid Cloud, Cyber Security, API, DevOps, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field from a reputable university/college
- Native in Danish and fluent in English
