The Strategic Execution Office’s mandate is to partner with the Executive Leadership Team, General Managers, and functional leaders to accelerate execution on the company’s overall strategy. The goal for the End-to-end Security strategic pillar for the company is to enable greater speed, agility and scale to develop leading edge competitive products across critical security control points and appear as the one-stop vendor of choice.

The position 

The Solution Leader is responsible for driving the definition, influence and delivery of key offers in Secure, Agile Networks and End-to-end Security pillars. As part of this effort, the leader will work with Product Management, Sales, Product Marketing, CX, Operations, and Engineering teams. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

·      Evaluates business opportunities to define and optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, new technology, customer business issues and the competitive environment. 

·      Applies broad knowledge of company product capabilities and service offerings with in-depth analysis of market position to create and expand the portfolio of products and solution alternatives. 

·      Works closely with product development to create products and validates early product definitions with customers. 

·      Uses technical expertise and extensive industry experience to formulate product strategies and identify new product opportunities. 

·      Responsible for developing project plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share.

·      Drive problem-solving

·      Resolve open issues

·      Engage Sr. leadership to drive progress

·      Communicate recommendations

·      Drive stakeholder alignment

 

Candidate Profile

·      5+ years of experience in Management Consulting or  Technology Strategy consulting with a proven record of accomplishments. Product Management or Sales background is a big plus

·      Results-oriented with the ability to carry out detailed execution while operating within a large-scale multinational

·      Strategic thinker with a combination of analytical, influencing, leadership and communication skills, as well as a positive, humble, and can-do mindset

·      Have the business acumen to connect technical and managerial decisions 

·      An undergraduate degree in an engineering field (preferably Computer Science) and a Master’s degree in Engineering or Business are a plus, but not required
