This Senior Director will help design and build software-led solutions like Digital Twins to set up, optimize and run hybrid cloud infrastructure using Cisco products. Solutions that significantly drive down risk, enhance quality of delivery, drive new revenue streams and improve overall customer experience. Responsibilities will include:
Engineering function interlocks for next-generation solution development
Product Management interlock for driving direction for new solutions
Building standard methodologies for software-led disruption
Optimizing Assets by using Digital TWIN programs
Work with ProSE architects and technical leaders to help bring their solutions to market
Work on business cases to ensure funding and lead all aspects of execution to deliver expected outcomes
Governance and Strategy Ownership
Build Delivery Readiness and Delivery process for Digital TWIN offers

Customer Experience (CX) is a group of best-in-class technical specialists whose #1 focus is to help customers plan, design, deploy and operate their networks effectively while delivering the best possible customer experience. This leader will operate in the Proactive Services Engine (ProSE) in CX Centers and collaborate with other leaders throughout all of CX. Additionally, as offerings are created and brought to market, it will be important to foster strong relationships with other groups such as Sales, Customer Delivery Team, IT, and Platform Engineering.
Who you are
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
15 years of industry experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience with software solutions/ digital twins
Influencer who can drive the strategy and vision across the organization
Software led service delivery experience
Industry knowledge/exposure to Digital TWIN models
Ability to drive transformative, disruptive models to execution
