    1. 5年以上のアカウントマネジメント経験及び情報通信産業における業界知識を有する。
    2. 戦略立案及び実行、営業計画の遂行、課題解決における高い能力。
    3. 卓越した日本語及びビジネスレベルの英語を有する。
    4. 定められた営業目標に対する優れた実績。
    5. 顧客の重要メンバーと良好な関係を構築することが可能。
    6. Softbankグループ顧客とのリレーションシップがあることはプラス。
    7. グローバル組織での業務または連携した経験はプラス。

    What You’ll Do

    There is a high expectation to Japan’s service providers due to 5G innovation, acceleration of digital transformation and strong needs for work-style reform. At the same time, new software and virtualization technologies are making service infrastructure much more complex, thus the architecture and operational transformation are required. Moreover, service providers are requested a sustainable growth by business model innovation and expanding the business in global market. The role of Account Manager for Softbank group sales is not only just to provide Cisco products/services but to work with customers to address their business needs, supporting technology and solution developments as well as strengthen the partnership. 


    You Will: 

    • Build strong relationship with customers and become their trusted advisor.
    • Understand customers’ need, come up with solutions for customers, and influence customers so that they will choose Cisco solutions.
    • Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions.
    • Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to achieve and exceed the sales targets.
    • Maintain the sales pipeline to ensure the business growth.


    Who You Are:

    • You bring 5+ years account management experience and deep industry knowledge in service provider market.
    • Have experience in strategy development & execution, sales plan execution as well as problem-solving skills 
    • Have excellent Japanese communication skill and business level English communication skill.
    • Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Create excellent relationship with key customer members.
    • Having good relationship with Softbank group customers is a plus.
    • Having experience in working at/with global organization is a plus.

    • High integrity and ethical standard.
    • Proactive, self-motivated and be ready for confrontation and tough negotiation if necessary.
