What You’ll Do

We are looking for a technical sales professional that will work with sales, sales engineering, strategy, and GTM to help with our X-architectural vision. You will have the propensity to understand multiple technologies as standalone, but also how integrating them crafts a differentiated value proposition for ThousandEyes & Cisco. 

  • You will create, deliver, and refine content, in addition to coach sales and engineers on new capabilities. From delivering joint value propositions, to advising, to ensuring engineers are demo-ready. 

  • Regularly meet with Leads within Architectures, ThousandEyes BE, and/or Sales Enablement teams aligning enablement initiatives to business priorities for a focus on customer-relevant, accurate and engaging.

  • Continuously evaluate sales training curriculum and assessment materials relative to Cisco Business Climate

  • Work collaboratively with X-arch Instructional Designers, to curate, refresh and develop sales enablement content to support sales role mastery. 

  • Support sales certification efforts with assessments/exams.

  • Be part of the global cross-functional team responsible for technology platforms enabling Virtual Learning Experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience, and/or seller enablement.

  • Strong program planning and implementation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Exposure to instructional design and/or a proven track record to build seller enablement content

  • Enterprise Architecture level understanding of technology and how it is integrated together to deliver on business objectives

  • Consistent record of developing successful sales enablement solutions and programs, building sales partnerships, and crafting business relationships at all business levels; ideally within SaaS organization.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with creating content aligned to join value propositions

  • Strong executive presence & ability to work cross-functionally to support business goals

  • Experience with building content to support & accelerate X-architecture GTM strategies

  • Strong understanding of application and network protocols (e.g., HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, BGP)

  • Knowledge of application and network infrastructures
