Who You Will Work With
Cisco seeks an expert Sales Specialist Premium Services (SSPS) to drive breakaway growth within Advanced Service Sales for US Federal Public Sector. Cisco has four focused architectures for building strong global solution foundations for our clients: Security, Data Center, Collaboration and Next Generation Networks. This role in Advanced Service Sales will position and sell professional services across all architectures and Business Critical Services to enable the total Cisco solution.
In close partnership with our Services, Product, Product Sales Specialist Business Development, and Delivery teams provide specific technology, solution, and architecture expertise advancing services bookings for Cisco’s Civilian Operation, Key responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying solutions that can change business outcomes for our customers while helping position Cisco services thought leadership. The SSPS will drive the solution sales process by documenting service and initial solution scope to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent customer expectation gaps during the delivery cycle. The individual also provides feedback for continuous improvement of the services portfolio to ensure customer, channel partner, and system integrator satisfaction with the Cisco services portfolio while driving continued year-over-year bookings growth. Approximately 60% or more of this salesperson’s time is customer facing.
Who You Are
- 5+ years Sales experience in Technology Solutions and Professional Services industry.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent,
- Must be able to travel.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, experience working with crossi-functional teams.
- Consultative selling background.
- A high degree of creative ability and curiosity, analytical thinking, and a general eye for business.
- Must be able to operate in a dynamic, high-stress environment and handle ambiguity.
