Who You'll Work With

Cisco's J&C team is searching for a proven innovator that will provide leadership and management for a team of recruitment Pod Leads and their supporting recruitment teams.  You will work with cross functional partners from People & Communities (P&C), People Experience (PX), and across Join & Connect (J&C).  You will consult with business clients and manage the stakeholder engagement with functional business leaders and community partners throughout the Cisco eco-system.

You have experience designing organization for optimal service delivery and driving successful outcomes

You are innovative and proactive, able to provide coaching around both client and candidate management

You have driven enterprise wide change and brought to life strategic initiatives with a global lens that reinforces the importance of hiring the best people

You can manage recruiter workloads across the team, continuously balance team capacity, and provide efficient high-quality service at the same time

You know how to collaborate, how to work with other leads (globally), how to create cross team alignment…particularly in the company's strategic focus areas

You are a strong partner with internal stakeholders including compensation, legal, community partners, and hiring executives

You deliver exceptional client and candidate experience in alignment with annual priorities and pre-set KPI goals


Our minimum requirements for this role:

Proven experience managing a team of recruiters and demonstrable track record of leading a high-level client engagement

Experience leading virtual teams

Ten plus years’ experience with full life-cycle recruiting

Ability to Lead by example in consultative behaviors, relationship building, and communications across all of P&C, and within the business at all levels including executives

Ability to speak the language of data analytics, story-tell, and use that to influence strategy

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively across a large enterprise to drive common goals

Proven track record and ability to influence, drive, and manage change (process and organizational) up and down the hierarchy

Effective communications skills both verbal and written
