What You'll Do
You will work with Cisco’s largest and most strategic customers in capturing their long horizon forecast, technology transition roadmap and deployment plans by building positive relationships with the Customer’s Supply Chain, Procurement and Engineering teams as well as with cross functional teams within Cisco.

You will be part of a super hardworking team that covers our Top Customers globally and you will interact with multiple Cisco Supply Chain Organizations as well as:
- Cisco Sales Team
- Customer Experience Services
- Business Units and more

Who You Are
You are a self driven, curious person with passion for data analysis and who also love interacting with people inside and outside Cisco. In this role you will find a great combination of data mining and relationship management that will allow you to translate customer information into Product Planning Forecast information that will help our Global Planning organization to achieve World Class Forecast Accuracy and you will be using tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, MBR, CENTRO and many others.
Our Minimum Qualifications for This Role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related area
- MS/MBA strongly preferred
- Typically requires 8+ years working experience in a combination of business, business operations, and operations management / customer facing roles
- Requires a track record of responsibility for managing multiple programs and/or medium to large functional teams"
