What You’ll Do

Within this leadership role, you will join the Partner Managed and As a Service Sales team to drive sales acceleration for partner-built offers, crafting an outstanding approach to shorten the partner sales cycle. You will be responsible for developing strategies to accelerate short and long-term growth by expanding TAM, increasing share of wallet and driving partner engagement in line with the overall company vision.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to build a scalable framework for execution across partner types and end customer segments, drawing on industry knowledge and Cisco resources to create a repeatable, go-to-market (GTM) engine that is the envy of our competitors.

You will the opportunity to work with cross functional groups to develop plans and scale your work across the UKI. Being curious, thinking big and exploring diverse ideas is a must.

Role Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required, MBA is preferred with a minimum of 10+ years’ related experience
  • Shown ability to build new processes and operating models, familiar with doing things from the ground up: strategy documents, business cases, operational frameworks, critical metrics tracking tools and hard work should all be in your repertoire
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade, using simple and transparent communications that convey complex concepts in a compelling, concise, inspiring and creative way
  • Strong knowledge of modern digital sales and marketing tools and how to use these to accelerate new and existing opportunities
