Services is a $14B+ business for Cisco and is critical to providing customer value and delivering business outcomes. As customers adapt to the new norm and embark on their digital transformation, they are looking for companies who can help them move faster.  

Our team is looking for leaders who are excited by the opportunities in the big picture and can hit the ground running. You set the pace and bring those around you along on the journey to advocate for the field, engage and partner with CX, and help define the GTM strategy. 

In this role, you will lead the Incubation Sales team in EMEAR. You will be part of a global team of Services Sellers who are the first to bring new CX Services offers to market. You will be tightly connected with the CXPM offer team and Sales on growing Success Tracks, CX EA, and lifecycle selling. We are in the midst of a major portfolio and sales motion evolution. This role is crucial to representing the fields needs to accelerate these new offers.


We are looking for someone who is across the details, who is skilled in consultative selling, and can clearly communicate needs across our many stakeholders.

Basic requirements include:  

·       A Bachelor’s Degree is required with 8+ years’ related experience 

·       Experience with the Services selling motion 

·       Led market initiatives and programs, ideally business development or sales 

·       Experience with bringing and selling new offers to market, including offer incubation  

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
