As a manager of the Global Partner Finance Organization, you will lead a team of analysts focused on validating proof of performance claims to ensure accurate partner payments in the EMEAR region. You will work with your Leader and other regional managers  in building effective and efficient processes that meet internal control requirements.  You will be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth.

 

The regional manager role is an integral position in EMEAR that will execute location strategy, establish and maintain E2E processes, compliance and training, engage with key business partners and ensure a successful integration  with the roll-out of an activity based incentive tool.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  •   Liaise between in- theater Fund Managers , Team Leads and POP COE team and other cross-functional teams.
  •   Provide support, leadership and subject matter expertise to local team.
  •   Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  •   Help resolve partner disputes and/or corrections to documentation, manage partner escalations.
  •   Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely clearance of transactions.
  •   Develop and provide metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
  •   Coordinate quarterly read out calls to provide feedback to leader and Fund Managers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or supply chain related field.
  • Proficient in English and  other european languages such as Polish, Italian, German etc
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Audit and/or compliance experience helpful but not required
  • People management experience helpful
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, team metric development, presentation skills
  • Collaborates to tackle complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions; communicates difficult concepts and negotiates to adopt a different point of view
  • Ability to coordinate regional team of analysts, provide clear guidance and training/mentorship as needed, maintain cohesive and collaborative team environment
