What You’ll Do

The Lifecycle Success Program Specialist will serve as a key business partner to the broader Lifecycle Success Architecture Lead team. This is a highly strategic, customer-obsessed, and programmatic role intended to support the teams that help our customers with a myriad of their adoption challenges across the following product domains: Networking, Security, Cloud & Compute, Collaboration, SP, CX Automation, and Cross-BE. In this role you will support the following:

  • Develop automation solutions to streamline complex business processes.
  • Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with cross-function stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams to implement an integrated experience.
  • Transform Onboard-to-Optimize and cross functional end-to-end processes.
  • Provide long term operational/process support for the respective business functions.

This role requires thought transformation skills to continue to transform how we support the Customer Success technical leaders as they support the Customer Success field teams. We want to drive consistency in all that we do so much of the day-to-day work will be focusing on driving consistency in today’s work while at the same time taking a look at our existing processes and aiding in the innovation of tomorrows work. The ideal candidate will not only have a bent for innovation and the future, but also for process improvement and simplification of existing systems. 

Who You Are

Required Experience

  • Must have 5+ year’s IT experience with a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in coding languages including Python, NodeJS and frameworks or systems such as React, Angular and Git
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, who can work both independently and multi-functionally.
  • Familiar with web automation platforms like Workato.
  • Hands-on experience in automation following platforms: Smartsheet, Percolate, Seismic, Quip, Sharepoint etc.
  • Expertise in Salesforce API to build integration.
  • Practice in developing technical documentation.
