This role will be part of the Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading / change programs for digital business architecture from technology strategy, business architecture, data architecture, solution architecture design, and innovation to drive the digital transformation

Candidates should work with tools and process, in support of program teams who are in turn responsible for execution for a digital transformation program to successfully realize the expected business benefits and value for a top-strategic program.

This is a position within the Cisco Customer Experience Digital Transformation Team with regular exposure to stakeholders, business, IT and Leadership Teams. The person will.

Responsibilities:

Develop tools and processes, manage cross functional capabilities and relationships to support key Program Management deliverables including but not limited to: project plan, risk assessment, dashboard reporting, to support both agile releases as well as the overall fiscal priorities for the program.

  • Provide expertise to program team to aid in delivering projects/programs on-time, within budget and with high quality while achieving excellent customer satisfaction
  • Drive and design the business solution architecture that will connect the CX Cloud for Customers and Partners with the greater ecosystem of Cisco platforms.
  • Drive and design the business solution architecture that will connect the CX.
  • Support overall program-level planning & program execution of interdependent projects
  • Provide tools and processes to drive effective and accurate status reporting
  • Collaborate with fellow deep subject matter experts in new & emerging digital technologies including, but not limited to the AWS platforms, Salesforce Platforms, Advanced Analytics, API Management, Content management, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing.
  • Provide guidance for identification of risks and issues, and development of risk mitigation strategies and an escalation process
  • Create framework for interlock and operating model for project execution.

A proven track record of program and change management and driving digital transformation strategies along with deep digital technology experience is essential for the success of this role. Stakeholder analysis, communications and a grounding in strong change management practice are foundational. It is an integral position to drive transformation and execution across the organization and its business partners.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager , Business Architect or Program manager in a large organization, Defining Business Process, Business Capabilities.
  • 7+Years of Functional Domain knowledge in Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, & Support.
  • Self-starter and ability to define and hold the big picture while executing on a piece of it
  • Expert level understanding of digital trends and impact to various industries and how it can enable business transformation and create true value.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience across digital, change management, innovation and experience design.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills, with a track record of decisive decision making.
  • Proven ability to generate trust and build alliances.
  • Empathy, curiosity and desire to improve and constantly learn.
  • Passion for customer experience, business, market trends, and technology.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, innovative, agile environment
