Cisco works with a wide range of partners to deliver value to our end customers. We need a strong business, technical and strategy leader to help us ensure that we identify the optimal way to integrate with our partners, as well as drive the appropriate legal and business negotiations to ensure success for all.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for driving the lifecycle of integration of Cisco technology and products with key, high-value partners to deliver amazing experiences for our users. This starts with identifying the potential areas in which integration makes business sense and delivers meaningful value, then working through how this integration can happen with the appropriate peer Product Manager and Engineering owners, and finally structuring the agreements and go-to-market offers and programs to deliver the joint value to customers. Ultimately, by driving this type of integration, you are helping to amplify the value that the Cisco Collaboration portfolio is able to provide our customers.
Who You'll Work With
You will work with the teams throughout the Collaboration business, larger Cisco, and our partners in order to engage Subject Matter Experts to bring to life the ideas you identify. This is a group of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing and Sales experts from across Cisco and our partners around the globe. Your specific team will be staffed by a blend of experienced and new-to-role Business Analysts and Strategy Planners.

- 7+ years of proven strategic thinking & leadership and market analysis experience, including management/leadership experience
- Experience working in massively cross-team projects and with demanding customers and partners
- Experience is the Collaboration business unit is highly desired.
- Must demonstrate strong communication and team collaboration skills including conflict resolution
- Experience with Product Management and/or Engineering desired, though not necessary
Additionally, a successful candidate for this role will possess the following skills:
- to brainstorm the potential ways in which we can jointly create value for our customers
- to ensure that legal contracts and other partnership processes are adhered to
- Cross-team and company engagements can be difficult
