The Cisco Meraki team is seeking a driven Product Specialist to support product management activities for Systems Manager, Meraki's groundbreaking Cloud Based Enterprise Mobility Management product (  The Product Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert and key advisor for internal teams like technical support, sales and marketing and external partners like customers, resellers, and Cisco partners.

As a critical member of the product team, your responsibilities include:

  • Producing technical guides, best practices documents, application notes, marketing collateral (along with Product Marketing) and configuration and installation content for internal and external use
  • Raising technical awareness of our products amongst our support, sales, and partner teams
  • Preparing and presenting content to partners, customers, and executives
  • Working with engineering teams through design, testing, and product launch; running beta and pilot programs
  • Investigating and articulating our competitive positioning and strategy
  • Working with ecosystem partners to validate interoperation and successful solution development
  • Reviewing and analyzing metrics to make data-driven decisions


  • Degree in CS, EE, or a related technical field
  • Deep understanding of top mobile OSes (iOS, Android, or Windows),
  • Exposure with popular non-mobile OSes (OSX or Windows)
  • Experience supporting multiple devices in a company (Device lifecycle management, application management, content management and security management)
  • Experience working closely with software development teams on feature development
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following languages (Ruby, React, Python) a plus
  • Wireless or switching network technologies a plus
  • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE routing/switching/security certifications a plus
  • You have a passion for learning about mobile, cloud, and new disruptive technologies"
  • You have strong customer empathy with a deep desire to understand top customer problems
  • You easily communicate complicated concepts to sales teams and customers
  • You are entrepreneurial, with a real passion for maintaining the highest standard of product quality
  • You have the desire to make an impact and help develop great UX
