The Product team of a leading Cisco solution (Cisco DNA Spaces) is looking to hire a Product Ops Specialist that is skilled in integrating SaaS products with CRM, automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Pendo and Salesforce. The resource will be responsible for personalizing the product experience for its users by integrating third party tools, managing and growing the analytics muscle, reporting and campaigns function for the product. We expect the candidate to have solid experience with tools such as HubSpot, Pendo, Salesforce, campaign management, email sequences, landing page design, list segmentation and optimization of workflows. The candidate is also expected to have beginner-intermediate experience in HTML, CSS & Javascript.

What You'll Do

The Candidate will be part of the Product Management function of Cisco DNA Spaces (one of the fastest growing SaaS products) and will be responsible for the following:

Campaign Management

  • Ensure all product user campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
  • Develop and manage monthly email calendar to document and schedule all email communications
  • Create strategic campaigns, engagement drips, and dynamic content variables, including templates
  • Stay abreast of and recommend marketing automation tools and best practices with coding, design, and A/B testing of email campaigns
  • Working with global teams to gather takeaways about how internal marketing tools are handled, maintained and continue to build use cases that build efficiencies in developing operational excellence
  • Contributing to the development and testing of new tool features

Database & CRM Management

  • Lead data management and hygiene - list scrub, upload, basic cleanse and management, unsubscribes/opt-outs, list imports
  • Standardize, clean, and upload contact lists
  • Create and maintain segmented lists of different target audiences
  • Responsible for CRM based report generation and analytics creation.

Digital & Analytics

  • Work in close collaboration with the Growth team on digital activities to optimize the website experience and increase digital campaign effectiveness.
  • Collect, analyze and report analytics for website and other digital assets
  • Assist in creating digital campaigns including SEO, paid and organic social

Automation

  • Create, manage and improvise various workflows
  • Create, troubleshoot, and maintain web forms and form handlers for a variety of transactional and marketing purposes
  • Coordinate the appropriate use of forms and completion actions needed to support campaign objectives
  • Manage setup of product analytics tools.

Who You Are

  • You’re a HubSpot and Product Automation champion with an ability to operate in chaos, manage and organize multiple data streams to make sense out of it.
  • You have managed integration of tools such as Salesforce, Pendo or HubSpot in the past.
  • You have strong expertise in creating and managing email campaigns including template designs, calls-to-action, A/B tests and reporting
  • You’re agile and have a data-driven approach to problem solving, and a commitment to driving product awareness and adoption
  • You have excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage through complexity

Skills

  • Expertise in HubSpot Marketing/Sales/Services hub management, campaign management, email sequences, landing page design, list segmentation and optimization of workflows.
  • Experience with other Sales & Marketing automation (Salesforce, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.) & Product Analytics tools (Pendo, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Understanding of HTML, XML, and Excel skills along with an understanding of web development.
  • Expertise in understanding data, finding trends, building reports and snippets from the results, and optimizing for scale.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational & troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills
  • Solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Experience & Education:

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience on HubSpot (HubSpot Certification preferred) or Salesforce
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing operations, email marketing and reporting
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Basic understanding of HTML - for emails, landing pages
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • A background or degree in business /data analytics is a plus
