What You'll Do

As a Senior Product Manager within our group you will have the responsibilities for Cisco’s SP Access portfolio, owning every aspect of the product throughout the product lifecycle - from the market exploration, requirements definition through execution, go to market, end of sale, and transition. Product Managers are empowered, trusted, and leaders. We are looking for someone that demonstrates the following:

  • Drive new business and opportunities for the business unit and technology group
  • Develop amazing product features and functionality in partnership with Engineering
  • Provide customer use-case examples to engineering and act as the primary liaison for customer feedback and requirements and R&D. Handle issues associated with the ordering of products, systems, and tools, and manufacturing supply
  • Forecast and help drive opportunities for product lines with annual revenues from $100M to $4B. Identify areas for growth and craft strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
  • Develop and drive results-oriented campaigns across various markets to ensure Cisco's market share and profitability including media releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos, podcasts, and sales training materials
  • Excellent judgment and sense of prioritization, along with attention to detail.

Who You Are

  • You are a passionate person, eager to learn and grow.
  • You have a BSEE degree, MBA or advanced Engineering degree preferred.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in Product Management roles
  • You can work independently and possess strong analytical skills to break a problem into smaller solvable pieces.
  • You have strong communication skills to engage effectively with key stakeholders and articulate complex issues clearly
  • You can build relationships with peers, partners, and customers.
  • You have experience managing multiple issues and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong technical and business knowledge of computer networking, computing, and telecommunications
