As People & Communities (HR) Theatre Leader for India you will have responsibility for driving Inclusive Growth within the country.  For this role we need a skilled professional with the ability to develop organizational and talent strategies to improve this transforming organization.

  • Business Strategy Development, People Strategy Development
  • Large-scale Structural and Organizational Design, Organizational Development
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Executive Team Assessment, Development and Coaching
  • Acquisition Integration Planning and Executive Assimilation
  • Talent Assessment and Analytics
  • Senior Leadership Partnership and Mentoring
  • Change Management, focused on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirement
  • Complex country operations

Who You Are

You have 10+ years of HR experience or equivalent in roles growing complexity/scope, combined with 5+ years of experience partnering with executive level stakeholders.

If you are looking for a well-defined role with minimal change then Cisco is not the place for you. You thrive on working with ambiguity and in a dynamic, complex and highly matrix environment.

You will likely bring expertise in these areas:

  • Strong business acumen
  • Track record of credible transformation-centric business partnership and change leadership
  • Proven success in establishing business relationships as advisor, source of discernment and expertise
  • Expertise to identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy and ability to convert strategy into execution
  • Motivational people leadership
  • Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work
  • Intuitive, conceptual, systems-focused thinker
  • Data driven decision-maker
  • Leadership and courage when it comes to innovating, disrupting and proposing solutions others are reluctant to address
  • Extensive capacity to influence business leaders individually and collectively
  • Organizational navigation and political savvy
  • Experience of compensation and benefits, specifically sales compensation planning and execution
  • Effective partnership and collaboration across the HR function
