Summary:

Overall responsible for orchestrating the program execution for Partner Marketing Demand Generation initiatives with the partner community together field marketing teams. Need to have good understanding and insight of Partner landscape, overall market, industry, customer and competition to execute strategic annual APJC Partner Led marketing plans, projects and go-to-market initiatives, which align with Cisco's marketing and sales priorities and support specific products, technologies, services and solutions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

·       Orchestrate Partner Led marketing programs execution in Country and Theater – with a clear understanding of the product, solution, services, and channels partners to generate awareness, pipeline and opportunity.

·       Support development of marketing objectives and go-to-market strategy based on insight and analysis of our markets, customers, and competitors.

·       Support creation and execution of AJC partner marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for products, services and/or solutions, tailored to targeted audiences and segments, with effective and measurable marketing programs.

·       Manage Joint Marketing Funds with Partners to execute awareness and demand gen programs

·       Maintain a strong collaborative relationships with various marketing functions, including PR, IR, advertising campaigns, web, data base marketing, Services and Channels marketing across Cisco's product, services, financing, and solutions depending on route to market strategy to develop whole offer for program development and execution

·       Educate and consult with Cisco field and partners on market segment and market strategies.

·       Use various communication vehicles and mediums, including social media tools & technologies, to influence market perception, increase customer and partner awareness, drive sales, and increase market share.

·       Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements. Share best practices.

 

 


Key Experience and Skills:

  • Overall 5-7 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in market and program management and execution with IT companies or similar function
  • Strong experience in collaboration with Global and Country teams in driving regional execution
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills in presenting to  cross functional teams
  • Strong Project Management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement.
