Job purpose

A critical field channel sales resource responsible for increasing sales revenue through a number of customer business channel organizations by managing sales relationships, training, demo, direct customer contact, lead generation and pipeline management to increased sales. The individual will also be providing a vital reporting function to the management team.

Duties and responsibilities

The Primary duties for this role include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively support regional customer business channels
  • Directly work with sales, sales specialists, sales managers and account managers within the customer
  • Support end customer presentations, demonstrations and bids to assist customer sales team
  • Accurately report weekly on pipeline, lead generation activities & key revenue/deal metrics
  • Driving channel motivation for BroadSofts products
  • Liaise internally documenting & sharing field knowledge
  • Continued support & educate each local business on the benefits of a Customer/BroadSoft cloud service

  • Experience in Channel Sales in Telecommunication or software industry.

  • The skills required to perform the role include but are not limited to
  • Fluent in German and English language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both face to face, telephone and video
